Travel conditions
Important details for check-in and ticket changes.
- Recommended check-in is 60 minutes before departure.
- Check-in closes at 19:30 for the 20:00 service.
- Two luggage pieces, combined maximum 30 kg per passenger.
- Excess luggage or parcels: contact the counter.
- Cancellation and refund must be completed by 18:00 on the travel date.
Refund is 80% of the ticket fare. After 18:00 or no-show: the passenger forfeits the ticket and refund right.
